Two-sided pallet labelling
The Weber LA 4050 P pallet labeller allows the labelling on two adjacent sides. Up to 7 pallets can be labelled per minute, depending on the application. Variable data (e.g. text, barcode or logo) are printed precisely and legibly on the labels immediately before the application procedure. The labels are subsequently applied using swing-arm technology with diagonal bar. This patented process is very safe: the pallet rolls back out in the event of a power failure, for example. If, in doing so, it should come into contact with the extended applicator arm, the bar automatically pushes the arm out of the way.
Flexible
Products of varying dimensions can be labelled due to the large swing-arm radius of 400 mm. Thanks to the Tamp-Blow, LA 4050 P can also flexibly label boxes, crates and other types of packaging, including convex or concave-shaped product surfaces. Labeling is possible in any conceivable installation position due to the symmetrical design. The compact dimensions of 1000 x 800 x 1200 mm (L x W x H) allow easy integration into existing production environments.
Ease of servicing
LA 4050 P has a built-in service interval counter which informs the user in good time of the next service date. Easy, fast replacement of individual components, due to wear for example, is also a practical feature due to the modular construction. The print module, for example, can be replaced with only 5 screws and 2 cables.
Application capacity
Up to 7 pallets per minute without stopping product, the application capacity is dependent on conveying speed, text change and stroke
Max. conveying speed on front labelling
18 m/min
Max. conveying speed on rear labelling
15 m/min

Markoprint IP-Jet

The thermal inkjet printer IP-JET HP MK3 has been specifically designed for usage in dusty or damp situations. It is especially ideal for the food sector, as well as the plastics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, due to its IP65 protection level.
The IP-JET HP is a small inkjet printer with a printhead and control unit housed in one unit. Water and dust are kept out of the cartridge by sealing it and pressurizing it. The power supply features a waterproof connector, and the external connections’ connectors are secured with an IP67 rating. The printhead does not need to be covered or removed for wet cleaning, unlike many other printers on the market.

The Geset 125 labelling system is used to label cylindrical products automatically. Depending on the type and dimension of the product, different label sizes are used. The products are fed manually or by a conveying system provided by the customer at an infeed passage of the labelling system. Care should be taken on accurate alignment of the products between the two freely mounted rollers of the roll conveyor. The side guide’s position the products flush with the outside edge of the roll conveyor.
The roll conveyor feeds the products to the labeller. There the label is applied with the part running forward onto the product and it is pushed by rotation and the back pressure of the wrapping unit onto the product. The back pressure of the wrapping unit (the speed of the wrapping unit is twice as fast as the speed of the base conveyor) enables the product in rotation. The roll conveyor forwards the finished labelled products to the outfeed. Here the products are removed manually or by the customer’s conveying system.

The Markoprint ZTV HP is a Central Ink Supply (CIS) system stores up to 400ml of ink for Markoprint HP Class inkjet printing systems such as the Markoprint integra One, Markoprint X2JET / X4JET, and Markoprint integra Quadro.
The large ink tank prevents frequent cartridge replacements from lowering your Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It can hold up to four single HP cartridges repaying you rapidly thanks to reduced ink prices. For non-interrupted production, the system can be paired with our NonStopPrinting printhead. Using an interface directly on the cartridge, current ink filling levels are monitored in real time. When the levels in the bulk tank fall below a certain threshold, a valve to the bulk tank opens and automatically refills it.
