Our products can be found in virtually all industries, from medical to retail; from plastics to automotive; from food to pharmaceutical. Our systems are used to address countless applications such as product identification, bar code compliance labelling, inventory control, work-in progress tracking, shipment addressing, and bin and shelf labelling.

 

JOB TITLE:  

Telesales

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To promote the companies full product portfolio, whilst providing internal and field sales support in the form of direct marketing and qualified lead/appointment generation, with an overall goal to increase sales revenue of the business.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contacting new and existing customers to inform them about new and existing products and services.
  • Generation of qualified leads for field sales staff.
  • Informing customers about product promotions.
  • Collate and report on marketing intelligence as required
  • General Field Sales support.
  • Ensuring Sales Targets are reached.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as required.

 

REPORTING TO:

General Manager

 

WORKING HOURS:

This is anticipated to be a full time permanent position. Working hours are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday – Friday. One hour lunch break including two 15 min on site tea-breaks.

 

SALARY:

D.O.E. Uncapped Commission scheme applicable

 

SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

  • Highly organised
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen in leading opportunities from generation to close.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office skills.
