Model 4300 Pro-Apply Tamp-Blow Label Printer-Applicator

The Model 4300 Pro-Apply is a versatile in-line system that combines high quality label printing and application that ensures fast, accurate pressure-sensitive labelling.

The Model 4300 Pro-Apply system is designed and engineered by Weber and is assembled in our own U.S. manufacturing facility. Each unit is equipped with an on-demand, thermal/thermal-transfer print engine from Datamax, SATO or Zebra to produce 203, 300 or 600 dpi text, bar codes and graphic images at speeds up to 16 ips.

Labels up to 6″ wide and 6″ long are printed in a cost-efficient, next-out mode and are then instantly applied to cartons or products on the production or packaging line.

Utilising the tamp-blow method of application, a printed pressure-sensitive label is automatically peeled from its liner and is retained by vacuum on the applicator’s tamp pad. The pad is extended (select from 2″ to 12″ strokes) and blown onto the package from approximately 0.25″.

Several standard tamp-pad sizes are available and are provided in quick-change configurations. In just a few seconds the tamp-pad can be removed and another fastened in its place to handle a different size label.

Standard features include durable anodized aluminium construction, an integrated user interface with LCD display, and numerous inputs/outputs to facilitate the use of a product sensor or other optional accessories and stepper motor-driven rewind.

    Markoprint Shutter Printhead HP

Inkjet nozzles can clog and dry up in a dusty printing environment, which is typical in wood-processing enterprises and other sectors. This results in poorly printed images. Our Markoprint Shutter Printhead HP prevents dust from entering the ink cartridge or gathering on the nozzles. During a production halt, the printhead automatically retracts the cartridge and shuts the open nozzle plate. After being paused for even several days, it is instantly ready to print again.

    Markoprint Integra Quadro/Quadro²

The new Markoprint Integra Quadro/Quadro² print controller can control up to four inkjet printers or four print positions at the same time. This allows you to print on both sides of primary and secondary packaging on one or two separate production lines. There are also two separate printing methods that can be used in this process.

The Markoprint Integra Quadro/Quadro² can easily cope with limited space thanks to its slender design. Installation inside or directly at the industrial line is straightforward thanks to the different fixation options. It was designed specifically for installation in control panels and machinery.

    Markoprint ZTV HP

The Markoprint ZTV HP is a Central Ink Supply (CIS) system stores up to 400ml of ink for Markoprint HP Class inkjet printing systems such as the Markoprint integra One, Markoprint X2JET / X4JET, and Markoprint integra Quadro.

The large ink tank prevents frequent cartridge replacements from lowering your Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It can hold up to four single HP cartridges repaying you rapidly thanks to reduced ink prices. For non-interrupted production, the system can be paired with our NonStopPrinting printhead. Using an interface directly on the cartridge, current ink filling levels are monitored in real time. When the levels in the bulk tank fall below a certain threshold, a valve to the bulk tank opens and automatically refills it.
