The Alpha Compact Inkjet combines the proven and renowned Alpha series labelling system with the compact Markoprint inkjet printer.
This is where the Markoprint Thermo-Inkjet printer, with its new Alpha Compact Inkjet labelling solution, differs: this printer can be removed in a few operations and easily and conveniently installed at different packaging plants, such as blister machines, cartoners, tray packers, pillow bag machines, conveyors or similar units in the final packaging area.
Depending on equipment application, this leads to significantly reduced investment costs and creates multi-functionality. The Markoprint inkjet printer can of course also be integrated into almost any other label dispenser – even other brands – provided the technical prerequisites in terms of installation space are met.
The Alpha Compact Inkjet combines the proven and renowned Alpha series labelling system with the compact Markoprint inkjet printer. With the Alpha Compact Inkjet, variable information is printed, without physical contact, onto possibly pre-printed labels just before dispensing. No labels are wasted/lost when print data changes and previous data are automatically excluded when the product changes.

To enable continuous marking in ongoing production, our Markoprint NonStopPrinting printhead holds two alternately printing cartridges. Because the other ink cartridge is printing on the same position, each ink cartridge can be changed, cleaned, or serviced without pausing the machine.
An intelligent automatism prevents both cartridges from going empty at the same time. The first cartridge will always print two consecutive print jobs, taking turns with the second cartridge, which will only print one. This sophisticated automatism avoids both cartridges from running out at the same time. This will keep the ink from drying out in both cartridges. When the cartridge with the larger print volumes is empty, a warning will show, and the other cartridge will continue printing until it is replaced. The new cartridge will print the lower quantities to allow for you to replace the “older” cartridge. A sophisticated workflow that will boost your efficiency and productivity.

Labeling systems are not always easy to integrate into preexisting production lines. The Markoprint Integra One can be easily integrated into production processes thanks to its compact dimensions of 186 x 86 x 98 mm. The printing system has a display for data entry as well as system settings modification and verification. This information can also be viewed from mobile devices if the WLAN version is selected.

Inkjet nozzles can clog and dry up in a dusty printing environment, which is typical in wood-processing enterprises and other sectors. This results in poorly printed images. Our Markoprint Shutter Printhead HP prevents dust from entering the ink cartridge or gathering on the nozzles. During a production halt, the printhead automatically retracts the cartridge and shuts the open nozzle plate. After being paused for even several days, it is instantly ready to print again.
