Weber Multiline MX

Codings with a print height up to 200 mm – this guarantees the new Multiline MX of Weber Marking Systems. The Multiline MX offers the possibility to print on products with a print height of 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm or 200 mm by one or two connected print heads.

A special feature of the Multiline MX: The system allows a both-sided print of the package with a print height up to 100 mm per side as well as coding of products at two production lines simultaneously. Thereby both print heads can print different texts with different start and speed. It’s possible to print on the products at different positions with a non constant conveyor speed.

The print heads get the necessary print information from the control unit, which is able to activate the print heads in a distance up to 25 m meter. Print layouts can be create comfortably by the included iDesign software and sent to the control unit.

The mounting bracket can be placed at the lower as well as at the right side of the print head. The connectors are placed at the lower side, which can be placed at the left side optionally. Thereby an optimal integration in all production lines is guaranteed
